Batter-Beer BDS*
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 pkg yeast
3 tbsp melted butter.
¼ c cornstarch
¼ c milk
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Beat eggs til thick & light.Blend in beer,milk,flour,seasonings, cornstarch & melted butter.Mix til smooth.

For Fish
Cut in small pieces.Pat fillets to dry fish well before dipping.
Dip into batter,lift out & drain slightly c fork/slotted spoon.
Use @ least 3 in.grease,fry in deep fat(375 ) for 2-3 min/until golden brown & puffed.Drain on paper towels.
