Hummus
 1 lb.1 ½ oz.chickpeas,soaked 
 10 oz.tahini (sesame oil) 
 7 oz.lemon juice (about 4 lemons) 
 1 clove garlic mashed c salt 
 5 tbs.cold h2o (not quite 2 oz.) 
 chop parsley & paprika for garnish 
Directions:Mash garlic c salt til fine.
Drain chickpeas from h2o & stir into mashed garlic.
Mix well.Pour mix into a food processor.
When it is well mashed,+ tahini.slowly + lemon juice.
Run entire mix good food processor til desired consistency in reached.
Garnish c chop parsley & paprika.
