Party Deviled Eggs

12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup canned Le SueurŪ Very Young Small Early Peas, drained
Paprika
1. Slice eggs lengthwise in half. Slip yolks out into a medium bowl and mash with a fork. Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and bell pepper into yolks. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the peas.
2. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
