Salmon 100%: Choice fresh or Canned
12oz to 32oz fillet[skinless],prefer wild [king is #1] Cut into 3/4 to 1-inch pieces-cubes. Around 1 3/4 to 2 cups fully cooked chunks
14-3/4oz to 32oz Canned Salmon, drained,flaked, bones and skin removed

Onion 100% 1-2 Lg. yellow,red,sweet OR 3/4- 1 cup chop-diced ,2 bunches scallions OR 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Plus Chives as garnish 44% : 1/2 to 1 tablespoon minced or chopped fresh or dried.
[10% 1 leek,white & pale-green parts only]

Potato 100%: 2-4 each by size & preference [Gold Russet,Red,Leftover mashed] Peel optional then dice OR 1 1/3 cups instant flakes


Cream or Milk or Both 100%
Cream 67% 1/2to 1 cup if heavy or 1/2 to 2 cup if half-and-half
Milk 44% 12 fluid ounce can evaporated or 1/2 to 3 cups cup whole

Salt of Choice 100% [ kosher,sea ] 1/4 to 1 teaspoon
Pepper of Choice 100% 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon dried hot red or freshly ground black , to taste

Celery 78% : 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped or diced

Stock-Broth 78% 2-6 cups [Avg=3] [66% Chicken. May use vegetable or fish stock,Homemade or reduced-low sodium [14 1/2 oz can = 2 cups]

Carrot 67%: 1/3 - 1 cup or 2 Carrots halved lengthwise and thinly sliced,chopped,shredded,diced,peel optional

Dill weed 66% : 1/4 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon dried ,Up to 1/4 cup chopped fresh

Corn 56% : 9 oz frozen & thawed OR 1 Can Cream style corn

Butter 56% : unsalted preferred 2 to 3 tbso or 1/4 cup

Garlic 44%: 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 tablespoon finely chopped or minced (1-3 cloves)

Bacon of Choice 44% : 3-6 slices or 1/2 pound cooked & crumbled or cubed
