BDS Quick Salmon Chowder for Two

==Blanc Roux ====
Oil 1 tablespoon canola 
Flour 1 tablespoons all-purpose

1 Slice Bacon, cooked & crumbled 

Use Grease to saute' 
1 TBSP fine diced Green Pepper 
1 bunch scallions, cut into white & green ,save most of green for garnish

Put liquids in pot & boil:
2 cups broth
Water 1/2 cups,add as necessary
1/2 cup Milk 
1 tsp Lemon juice 
Butter,unsalted 3 tbsps

Add Vegetables:
1 stalk Celery  chopped or diced
1 Carrot halved lengthwise &  thinly sliced
2 Medium Red Potatos,diced
1 Ear Corn ,off Cob

Add Spices:
1/4 teaspoon Salt 
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon Dill weed 
1 clove or 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Add Salmon:
9 oz Can Salmon, flaked

Top 1 scallions green for garnish & Parsley ,chopped fresh 1 Tbsp
