LiFePO4 State Of Charge, Voltage Chart
|
| Wire Size Chart for load. Lights. 2-4% The dashes represent currents cannot be handled by wire size. How charts work 1. On the left, locate the current dealing with (either array or load current.) 2. Move across to locate distance to be traveled. 3. Move up to locate size of wire to be used. Charts Notes: Wire Sizing Chart 12 Volt System Max 1-way distance, in ft of two conductor copper wire for 5% voltage loss (AWG) Max 1-way distance, in ft of two conductor copper wire for 2% voltage loss (AWG) Max 1-way distance, in ft of two conductor copper wire from power source to load for 2% voltage drop . May double distance if 4% loss is ok. Never exceed 2% drop for wire connecting PV modules and batteries. Usually 4-5% loss ok for connecting batteries and lighting circuits. Multiply distances by 2 for 24 volts and by 4 for 48 volts. |
